: What on Earth is this all about then? :
G'Day!
My name is Sabine (call me Bina!) and I'm a 20-year old student with a dream: A trip to the other side of the world! Sun bathing, BBQs, surfing, vast amounts of poisonous animals,... What more could you possibly want?
Not that I don't like England. Tea, Ribena and Eastenders are just a few things that I will miss Down Under- if I ever get there.
'Cos this is where the problem lies: Money! Being a student I haven't got any. Or not much, anyway. I need about another £2,000 until next year. And this is where you come in!
'Oh, fuck off and get a job!', I hear you say. And I understand. Thing is, I DO have a job! I'm even looking for another one, next to studying. But by the looks of it, I simply won't be able to make an awful lot of money all by myself. And I really REALLY want to go in summer '09!
'Okay, I see your problem, but frankly I have better things to do with my money.' Fair enough. But think about it. I'd be grateful for anything! 10p!
'Ah, alright then. Here's a pound.' THANK YOU THANK THANK YOU! May you be blessed with my eternal love!
'So, what do I get out of it then?' Well, apart from the feeling that you have helped a person in need (that's me!) and my love, you will get pictures and travel stories from OZ! So far these travel strories will mainly be about me living in a cartboard box eating newspapers, but the more you give, the better the stories will get! Is that cool or what?!
'I still think you're a greedy idiot. Go away.' Hey, don't be mean! I'm not forcing anyone!
